Candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be contacted.  Prior employees who left under less than positive circumstances will not be considered for this position.  Powder Coating Systems *is looking to hire one *Day Shift Floor Team Member.  This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday *with occasional weekend work available. *Day shift runs from 5AM to 1:30 PM. * Starting wage is *$17-20 per hour based on experience.   We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) that starts accruing from the first day of employment and can be used after completion of the first ninety days.   We also offer *6 paid holidays *per year payable after the first ninety days of employment.  We also currently offer a *Sales Based Bonus *paid quarterly for reaching monthly production goals.  This position is a *physical *position.  It requires our employees to *stand, kneel, and lift repetitively *to *hang, prepare, inspect and pack parts. * We are looking for productive people who can work well with others to accomplish our production goals. Although no experience is required, applicants with prior experience in a shop or warehouse environment who know how to use air and manual tools and some forklift experience are preferred.
