Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Tacoma, Washington. In this position, you will be chiefly tasked with data entry duties and managing customer invoices, contributing significantly to the smooth running of our operations.
Responsibilities
• Accurately enter invoice data into our system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Utilize POS systems to attach Purchase Orders to relevant invoices.
• Search our internal system to locate and verify Purchase Order numbers.
• Handle customer invoices, maintaining an organized record and ensuring prompt submission.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
• Use third-party websites to submit invoices when necessary.
• Keep track of a large volume of data, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas of inefficiency in data entry procedures.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is mandatory
• Must possess strong Data Entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word is necessary
• Should be adept at Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is essential
• Must have experience in Scanning documents
• Typing skills with a high level of accuracy is required
• Experience with Customer Invoices is a prerequisite
• Must be capable of accurately managing Invoice Data
