Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and focus on gathering requirements related to Large Language Model (LLM) applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as identifying the necessary context data to enable these applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather and document business requirements for LLM applications.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Data Identification: Identify and document the context data necessary to support and enhance LLM applications.

  • Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes and workflows, and recommend improvements to support LLM integration.

  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and data models.

  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting on the progress of LLM application development.

  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and conduct testing as needed.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the use and benefits of LLM applications.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI or LLM applications.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with data modeling and process mapping techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of AI and LLM technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analytics or data science.

  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and applications.

  • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel to client sites.

  • Remote work options available.
