Your Career
We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Team Manager to lead a team of Renewals Sales representatives across ANZ. This role requires a collaborative leader with initiative who will drive towards achieving an annual revenue target related to renewals bookings. You will partner with field, channel, operations and other functions to build strategies which promote and secure growth across our ANZ customer base. The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving goals and revenue targets. And will be committed to supporting the growth of the early-mid career reps within the Renewals Sales team.
Your Impact
Manage the overall day to day renewal operations of assigned direct reports and districts within the ANZ area
Motivate your direct reports to drive pipeline development and revenue through renewal sales efforts leveraging the channel community
Ability to accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Coaching and development of team members
Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion
Track and evaluate the activities of your direct reports based on key metrics and goals set by Leadership
Collaborate closely with ANZ Leadership to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities alongside renewals
Form part of the JAPAC Renewals leadership group to build and set the overall theatre Renewals Sales direction and strategy
Provide support for renewal related escalations within your assigned districts
Your Experience
A track record of mentorship of sales reps which demonstrates competencies pertaining to coaching and leadership
Management experience of a team with a sales function (inside, field, renewals etc applicable) is desirable
Proven experience with channel/partner sales models and associated renewal and upsell motions
Consistent track record of achieving goals and targets
Ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs
Experience selling to technology and procurement professionals within a customer facing environment
Excellent communication skills; the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Strong organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work on many projects concurrently
