JOB REQUIREMENTS: *The pay range for this position is \$20.00-24.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Key Responsibilities: Take orders, answer inquiries, and ensure prompt delivery of parts Collaborate closely with our outside sales team and fulfillment experts Accurately process sales orders via phone, in person, or electronically Follow up on customer quotes and manage order pick-up logistics Prepare shipments, handle order transactions, and maintain impeccable service standards Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service and parts department support Familiarity with manufacturing, golf/turf equipment, or automotive industries is a plus Why Join Reinders?
