ManpowerGroup Converting Operator - 3rd Shift in Sussex, Wisconsin
Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Converting Operator - Tier One to join their team. As a Converting Operator, you will be part of the Converting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range:
$19.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.
Conduct physical/visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Pack and palletize goods for shipment.
Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime.
Record production data accurately in the system.
What’s Needed?
Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
Basic computer and math skills.
Capability to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. unassisted.
Reliable transportation and ability to work necessary overtime.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
