Establishing and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with diverse suppliers. Working closely with business units and departments to ensure coordinated and consistent engagement with suppliers, driving positive environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance outcomes. Delivering the successful day-to-day delivery of Supply Chain Management\'s sustainability, supplier diversity, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) services. Completing action plans, timelines, and resource assignments for supplier diversity, environmental, social and governance (ESG), and corporate sustainability objectives to assure timely completion and guarantee the business needs are met. Driving successful solutions and outcomes using effective internal and benchmark data, metrics, and reporting. Systematically identifying and analyzing risks. Using good judgment to assess the significance of each risk. Documenting options to deal with the most significant risks. Managing own professional development effectively. Providing positive and regular support and encouragement to motivate others. Effectively creating and communicating clear plans for change and advocating implementation as a primary change agent in fulfillment of business needs.
