Our client, a leader in innovative technology, is seeking a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Pay Range: $79.33 – $86.53 Hourly
What's the Job?
Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors.
Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.
Lead the electrical team in various project initiatives.
Conduct failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions.
What's Needed?
8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.
Experience in developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD).
Ability to independently manage projects and lead teams.
Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment.
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
