This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact initiative that will continue to evolve as we scale.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and logistics teams to standardize and drive improvements in processes used for managing fleet deployment.

  • Support hardware qualification by running benchmarks, analyzing performance, contributing to design improvements

  • Support logistics and inventory management, ensuring necessary equipment is available and properly configured.

  • Provide updates daily to stakeholder teams and leadership on key technical issues and information

  • Strong problem-solving ability with demonstrated capability to figure things out in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

  • Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting and scripting (Python preferred) to support fleet operations.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to manage logistics, vehicle diagnostics, and operational planning in a fast-moving environment.

  • A bias for action-you're not afraid to step outside traditional role boundaries to get things done.

  • Comfortable working in the field. Willingness to work in varied environments, including outdoor operations, garages

  • Ability to document issues, workflows, and processes clearly and concisely to support cross-team collaboration and scalability

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fleet operations, vehicle systems, embedded technologies, server hardware/builds

  • Hands on experience with hardware troubleshooting: the ability to diagnose and resolve server, software, sensor or connectivity issues in a fleet environment

  • Experience deploying and maintaining standardized operational process across multiple locations

  • Familiarity with networking concepts and debugging techniques (LTE, Wi-Fi)
