Leading automotive supplier client is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to lead their growing team. Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing machinery with the backgroud to take on a lead role? From troubleshooting electrical systems to conducting preventive maintenance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run smoothly. This is a 1st shift, Monday-Friday position with full benefits at an established manufacturing facility!
salary: $68,640 - $76,900 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Maintain standards of health, security, quality and environmental
Lead all Maintenance Activities for plant
Certification, Audit, and Documentation for IATF-16949 and ISO- 14001
Coordinate development of preventive maintenance standards
Ensures equipment requirements are met to specified standards
Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Support efforts within plant using problem solving tools, process management, measurement techniques and statistical analysis
Maintain and ensure training and support for plant equipment and maintenance activities
Validate and assist in the development of verification and error proofing practices
Experience in Leading Industrial Maintenance Functions preferably inautomotive environment
Ability to support Implementing/Maintaining ISO 14001 systems
Good Team Building skills
Ability to lead, manage and motivate team
High School Degree Required, Technical Degree or Certification a plus
The essential functions of this role include:

standing for 6 hours at one time
