Holland Manufacturing, Co. Customer Service Representative in Succasunna, New Jersey
Our Customer Service Representatives work to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure company quality and service commitments are met by acting as a liaison between our Sales Manager/Representatives, Distributors and Direct Customers with our manufacturing facilities.Responsible for the management and processing all customer orders in a timely fashion in accordance with company mandated 24-hour order entry policy. Maintains an organized system for processing and management orders.Personally handles, research and response to inquiries and requests received through, e-mail and/or phone from our Sales Manager/Representatives, Distributors and Direct Customers regarding product availability, pricing, lead-times, orders in process and participates in any necessary conference calls.Researches and resolves questions from manufacturing employees regarding information on orders in process. Works with other key personnel within the organization to update orders. Communicates any and all order updates back thru to our Sales Manager/Representatives, Distributors and Direct Customers.Investigates and resolves orders reported as having pricing issues, product quality issues, and/or product damages.
