JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Purpose Primary responsibility for developing and maintaining Sales and Marketing activities to achieve profit goals among fleet customers, national accounts, and OEM accounts. This includes sales planning, goal setting, support of Aftermarket Parts and Fabricated Solutions to achieve goals through sales administration and cooperating interdepartmentally to develop strategic sales and marketing plans consistent with Company objectives. This also includes continuous improvement in all areas including, but not limited to margin/unit sold, market share, target account success rate, internal processes (like order processing lead-time reduction and cost reduction) and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Grow and develop sales assignments that consistently meets/exceeds sales and market share goals while also meeting profit goals. This includes, but is not limited to, improving market penetration (depth and breadth), adding/improving customers, contract negotiation, and representation of Aftermarket Parts & Fabricated Solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to (in cooperation with other departments) align the strengths of the organization with the market opportunities to maximize profit, ROI, and value for stakeholders in the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendation of product lines to respond to the market. Follow in-house sales administrative personnel and activities.
