Job Brief
The Mechanic/Plumber will construct, repair and maintain special equipment, machinery and all agency premises.

CP Unlimited is currently seeking a full time Mechanic/Plumber to install new plumbing equipment, braze and solder as needed, perform minor repairs on electrical, carpentry, window repairs, wall and floor tile repairs, executes general preventive maintenance program on equipment, systems, and furnishings in apartments and facilities and Drives agency vehicle to and from assignments to take care of emergencies/routine work and deliveries.
To qualify 2 years’ plumbing experience, must go through a criminal background check, valid NYS driver’s license, must be within acceptance of insurance limitations of CP Unlimited vehicles and the ability to travel to our properties in all five boroughs.
