We are seeking a proactive and communicative Social Media Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic social media team. This role focuses on interacting with our online community, addressing customer service issues, and supporting broader social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a keen understanding of social media dynamics and customer engagement strategies.

  • Monitor and engage with users on social platforms, including industry-specific groups and forums, to foster a positive community and increase brand visibility.

  • Respond to comments, queries, and customer service issues promptly to provide resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement engagement strategies that align with our brand’s goals.

  • Participate in content creation and campaign brainstorming sessions, providing insights on community feedback and engagement trends.

  • Assist in managing the social media content calendar and ensure that all posts are accurate and timely.

  • Track and report on engagement metrics and social media performance, suggesting improvements based on analytical data.

  • Stay updated with social media trends and industry practices to continually improve engagement and community building efforts.

  • Serve as a brand advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

    What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of similar experience.

  • Experience maintaining social media for a business.

  • Proven experience in social media community engagement, customer service, or a similar role. Knowledge of the heat printing industry a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and community members.

  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and monitoring tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
