Job Title: Crew Manager
Job Description
The fulfillment supervisor acts as an intermediary between the field workers and the management office to ensure effective communication. They are responsible for resolving any problems or conflicts that may arise on the job. The role ensures smooth deliveries and installations while maintaining productivity and cost efficiency. The goal is for one person to take full responsibility for assigned installs, ensuring their completion by the install team or rescheduling them as necessary.
Responsibilities
Truck Routing
Manage and schedule culinary install crews
Fleet Management
Provide pricing for install or delivery jobs
Review and create processes to enhance workflows
Coordinate with 3rd party crews and installers as needed
Long-term management of all USA crews
Review weekly installation scopes
Assess manpower and equipment needs for jobs
Schedule deliveries and garbage removal for non-GC projects
Find and coordinate with outsourced installers
Discuss job scope with project managers and crew
Schedule all inside delivery orders
Review delivery dashboards and schedule with customers or salespersons
Consolidate delivery locations and check pallet counts for truck fitting
Consider timing and manpower for each delivery
Schedule warehouse pickups and communicate pickup details
Coordinate maintenance with Ryder
Determine appropriate delivery vehicles (van vs. truck)
Ensure professional dress code compliance for all workers, including temporary helpers
Conduct employee meetings and appreciation sessions
Review daily time clock and spending habits
Schedule and assign proper teams and routes for deliveries/projects
Manage team efficiency and set timeline expectations
Review plans with sales team and project managers
Add and divide crews based on skills as needed
Conduct weekly team meetings and report to management
Create written guides and training manuals for installations

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday starting at 7 AM, and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM. The work environment includes a professional dress code requiring work boots and gloves, with no sweatpants allowed. The company has a cafeteria on site and fosters a team-oriented environment with events. The organization is growing, offering promotional opportunities and room to take on more responsibilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
