Insight Global Procurement Analyst in Spring, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Analyst for an Oil and Gas client located in Sugar Land, Tx. This person will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Procurement and will be joining the Direct Procurement organization. This person will be joining a team of about 5 other Procurement Analysts who support differing Category Managers and will be responsible for assisting with managing existing and new contracts as well as working within SAP to manage inventory and enter in dataa, this person will be responsible for learning and applying the Total Delivered Cost sourcing process and assisting with managing and monitoring category spend. This role is onsite at least 4 days a week with one day allowing the individual to work from home and will be working with other organizations such as Logistics, Sales, R&D and Marketing.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree or understanding of Business
0-3 years experience of experience in procurement, marketing, research & development, finance, or supply chain
Problem Solving ability
Moderate knowledge of Mathematics (solving algebraic equations)
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to enter data in excel Experience with Raw Materials in Supply Chain
Ability to do pivot tables and V lookups in Excel
Preferably chemicals
Preferably oil-field experience
Preferably a technical or supply chain degree
Experience working with SAP null
