Full job description: Bill Lake Homes is a modular home company which is building high quality custom homes, and is looking for people to add to our team of qualified employees. Mill operator is a position where the individual will be cutting and fabricating parts for modular houses. Mill Worker duties and responsibilities are: 1. cutting of materials according to plans 2. cutting and fabricating of the roof truss system 3. construction of plates for exterior and interior walls
Mill operator requirements: 1. General carpentry skills 2. able to use pneumatic tools, power tools 3. the ability to lift framing lumber
Mill operator Benefits 1. 401 2. medical ins after 90 days 3. 1-week of vacation after year of employment 4. 6 paid holidays
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Manufacturing/carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
Day range: Monday to Friday; 7-3:30 during summer; 8-4:30 during winter
Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
Ability to Commute: Sprakers, NY 12166 (Required)
