Aston Carter Receptionist And Sales Marketing Assistant in Spokane, Washington
(Description)
A local manufacturing company in Spokane, WA is currently hiring for a Receptionist / Office Assistant. This opportunity is going to be a 6-month contract-to-hire and requires working 100% onsite in the Spokane, WA office. This position will be working directly adjacent to the Sales Team supporting with administrative duties while sitting at the Front Desk being the face of the company.
Pay: $20/hr. - $24/hr.
Schedule: (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST; Standard M-F Morning Shift; 100% Onsite)
Location: Spokane, WA

(Typical Day Responsibilities)
Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
Answer incoming calls promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Promote the Company and project highlights on Social Media.
Develop marketing flyers in support of the sales team.
Distribute and manage customer surveys.
Order office supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and stock the supply room, conference room, and reception area.
Other duties as assigned.
(Requirements)
For this opportunity, candidates must be comfortable submitting to a Drug Test upon offer
2 years of receptionist experience.
Counter Sales experience will be strongly considered.
Detailed and ability to perform accurate Data Entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft & Google programs.
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation for businesses is a huge plus.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Ability to maintain great punctuality and attendance.
The perfect characteristic fit for this role will be someone who is organized, high attention to detail, punctual, comfortable, and confident. Client is open to candidates coming from various industries but this individual must be comfortable speaking with drivers and skilled labor staff.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
