Northwest Farm Credit Services Portfolio Servicing Specialist in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Portfolio Servicing Specialist I or Portfolio Servicing Specialist II to join our Specialized Lending department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Operations and is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in servicing the loan portfolio, with a focus on Capital Markets loans. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level I: $38,000 - $55,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Level II: $42,000 - $63,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Job Requirements Maintain electronic files within AgWest Systems to ensure loan documentation is complete. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information, documents, and files, and disseminates such information per procedures, keeping all parties informed. Field and respond to questions from external parties (participant administrative and/or relationship management personnel). Complete assigned portfolio monitoring at direction of team senior leadership, including accessing defined reports from internal and external sources, delivering them to designated report users, and following up with appropriate staff, if required. Coordinate with Capital Markets Relationship Manager(s) to generate participation documentation. Assist team with coordination of meetings, travel, etc., at direction of supervisor. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
