Creative Possibilities of Northern Nevada is hiring for house manager positions for Direct Support Professionals.
Management experience is preferred but not required willing to train the right candidates. Considering house managers with a proven track record of taking responsibility and maintaining company standards who are willing to grow and learn. We provide services to individuals with special needs, we have been growing and need to add to our management team. Job expectations include:
Dress business casual Scheduling Technical Skills Working with individuals with special needs Having conversations with staff regarding adherence to company policies Documentation and communication regarding individuals served Assisting with house duties (cleaning, cooking, appointments, transportation and recreation) Oversight of medication administration (logs/journals) Money management
Required certifications: First aid/CPR Medication Management Clean driving history
