We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Provide customer support through phone and email communication
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Support various administrative tasks as needed
Assist in event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in administrative position recommneded
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
