Relocation: Relocation benefits are not offered for this position.

Position Mobility: This is a Hybrid position. The initial training period will be conducted on-site and may last between 4-12 months, depending on the employees learning progress. After training, the employee will be required to work on-site 2 days per week on their assigned scheduled days. During nuclear outages, the employee will be required to be on site every assigned workday, with 1 day off per week. Please note that the hours and days off may be subject to change based on operational needs.

Salary: Starting at $41,935

Position involves movement about the facility to perform job duties. The position also includes rotational mail duty.

Job Summary

Fully performs both standard and non-standard transactions associated with the information management job family.

Typical duties may include:

  • Select, apply, and explain procedures and practices to identify and resolve discrepancies, research information sources, and document and coordinate results.

  • Analyzes and performs assessments of records and documents submitted by various organizations to ensure compliance with appropriate procedural requirements.

  • Interprets and analyzes customer request for record and document retrieval to determine location and retrievability.

  • Identifies and reports system software and hardware problems to the appropriate technical personnel.

  • Views and prints documents and records from various types of micrographics and reproduction equipment.

  • Maintains centralized information centers to support daily work activities.

  • Identifies discrepancies and resolves problems for document control and records management transactions.

  • Responsible for inputting, maintaining, and retrieving information from manual and automated systems.

  • Provides guidance and on-going customer service to field personnel in processing and correcting transactions.

  • Trains end use customers on information systems capabilities and new applications.

  • May coordinate assigned work activities of the first two job standard levels.

    Supervision Received

    Independently performs assignments with instructions as to general results expected. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems.

    Skills and Profiencies:

  • Ability to select, apply, and explain procedures applicable to business information systems.

  • Ability to communicate directly with all levels of personnel.

  • Ability to operate various types of micrographics, computer software and hardware, and reproduction equipment.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education and Experience/Certificates, Licenses, and Registration Requirements/Other Requirements

    Demonstrated competencies at the Administrative Representative Level.

    Advanced knowledge of information systems and equipment for micrographics, reproduction, and computer software and hardware. Two year Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
