Insight Global HR Transformation Project Manager in Skillman, New Jersey
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join the Human Resources organization for a large consumer healthcare company to execute transformation and project plans amongst the employee lifecycle for a critical initiative in North America. This Project Manager will take ownership on project plan tracking, executive, stakeholder management, budget tracking and alignment, along with data management. This role will ensure that all project deliverables are met by partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with ability to communicate business updates to executive leaders along with technical savvy skills to retrieve and understand data to help drive better business decisions. This will be a 12 month contract with potential extensions.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience of Project Management within HR, TA, or Real Estate as it related to large-scale transformation
Strong experience with Excel
Proven organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx null
