Role reports to: Global Head of Strategy
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 to $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The Director, Segment Portfolio Management Skin Health & Beauty is responsible for leading Segment Portfolio Management team, responsible for managing delivery of the segment portfolio and innovation pipeline objectives . This role is responsible for delivering the s eg ment p ortfolio and pipeline objectives by supporting decision making consistent with the one Kenvue Way of operating.
Key Responsibilities
Partners directly with Segment leader and supports tables without dedicated Portfolio manager
Actively shapes Segment portfolio and pipeline against Segment strategy and business objectives
Actively supports delivery of portfolio and pipeline against business objectives
Ensures gate approach is followed with the correct rigor on SOBG and Human-Centered Innovation at each stage
Use detailed analytics to proactively identify opportunities to optimize portfolio and pipeline
Chairs Segment Growth Forum
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of 7 years of related experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams is required.
Management of innovation pipelines is required.
Management of brand product portfolio , Brand management, Building tech, data & analytics roadmaps is required.
Desired Qualifications
MBA preferred
Previous FMCG experience preferred
Previous CPG experience preferred
Program/Project Management experience preferred
