Job Responsibilities
Test program Development for Digital, Power Management, RF & Mixed Signal
Integrated Circuits (IC’s) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC’s
Involve on test program hand off, production release, yield improvement and test
time reduction, Main in-charge and leader for the Test Handler and test instrument
Design Test Hardware Jig Holder and Probe Card
Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device
characterization, test program bring up and production release activities
Understand principles and operation of network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, directional couplers, and other radio-frequency test equipment
Knowledge of circuit theory and ability to develop analytical models of RF components
Perform PCB physical layout (parts placement, routing, trace length adjustment, verification etc.)
Apply PCB electrical knowledge (high-speed design, RF, and power) to meet project requirements
Support System Integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs
Participating in CIP programs to improve the quality of repairs, such as improvements of repair success rate, parts life-time extension, and developing robust repair and testing capabilities
Ability to fabricate or modify RF components to change their performance or enable access for instrumentation
Highly motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
Good interpersonal and creative skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
Define all equipment interfaces and systems architecture and ensure they are up to date and documented
Provide remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required
Work with vendors to develop design requirements and ensure delivery of parts that meet specifications
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronic/electrical or any other related engineering with 3 – 5 years of working experience in a semiconductor cleanroom environment
Strong knowledge in RF/Analog design and verification tools from Rohde-schwarz, Keysight and ADCMT, National instrument, Aemulus etc
Good knowledge in RF/Analog evaluation flow and operation of test equipment to evaluate RFIC performance; Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
Self-starting individual, proactive and resourceful
Working knowledge in logical net-listings, schematics usage, electrical and routing rules creation, signal and power integrity optimization
RF, back plane, electrical package design/routing experiences, related experience in a semiconductor testing environment, ATE industry will be advantageous
Detailed and team oriented
Good communication skills
Ability to consistently meets committed project deadlines
Knowledge of programming skills such as Python or any other programming language will be advantageous
