In-Room Dining Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing?
As an In-Room Dining Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Service Supervisor would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:
- Supervise In-Room Diningoperations
- Supervise VIP amenity preparation and delivery, monitors in-house VIP’s to ensuresatisfaction
- Handles guest complains professionally andsatisfactorily
- Checks the accuracy of the guest’s check before it is presented to theguest
- Coordinates with the order taker to ensure quick delivery of food and consistency of tray pickup
- Knowledgeable in bar tendering and wineservice
- Communicate and delegate tasks to theteam
- Ensure compliance of brandstandards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
- Represent needs of theteam
- Provides guidance for improvement and implements necessaryadjustments
- Assist F&B management with achieving financialtargets
- Assist F&B management with training and development of teammembers
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships
- To carry our any other duties as assigned by the immediatesuperiors
