Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The program consists of four distinct six-months-long rotational assignments fully integrating into different business teams under the guidance of different Assignment Managers. The assignments focus on building expertise in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Supply Chain Finance while gaining exposure to other business functions and senior GE HealthCare leaders.

  • Through multiple assignments FMDP members are driven to build cross-functional expertise and work on a wide variety of projects.

  • The rotational assignments are also paired with formal classroom studies along with the global FMDP community to develop financial expertise and business acumen.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).

  • Self-motivated, high-energy individual.

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform in depth analysis linking financial results to operational performance. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with finance systems.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

  • Willingness to temporarily relocate for assignments.
