Job Description:
Developing new products and product platforms to maintain and expand 3M’s Film and Graphic Portfolio to enable business growth and further our competitive position in the marketplace
Commercializing new products aligned to global customer needs in collaboration with division-wide, cross-functional teams
Collaborating with research teams from Corporate Research and Business Labs to develop new technology, product, and manufacturing capabilities
Deep diving in key raw materials study for graphic film products. Lead or support raw materials dual sourcing or localizing to drive cost down, consistent quality and stable supply
Developing a strong understanding of our customer/market needs
Initiating and contributing to the development of Intellectual Property and IP strategies
