DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports in implementing global and regional category strategies, projects, objectives, processes, methods, and policies across the Sites.
Manage local (site specific), day-to-day spend.
Responsible for the procurement activities of the following countries: Australia/New-Zealand/Thailand/Indonesia/India/Vietnam/Malaysia
Identify and implement savings for the responsible scopes in line with with Budget Target, build a 3 year savings pipeline
Run procurement initiatives to reduce the number of vendors across the region, implement procurement initiatives to improve processes, be more efficient and allow company to achieve savings.
Creating Purchase orders based on preferred suppliers defined by the region.
Work closely with Category Managers to ensure compliance to defined strategies.
Support compliance of procurement process by stakeholders, educate and train them when required.
Manage escalations from internal stakeholders and vendors
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement
Strong team player, ability to quickly understand stakes and implement action plans.
Strong Proficient computer / communication skills
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Agile, capable to quickly engage with vendors and stakeholders to deliver the expected results
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams & multiple culture environment.
Fluent English
