Meta Client Partner, Apps, Korea in Seoul, South Korea

Summary:

The Client Partner for Apps will have a huge opportunity to build partnerships, provide leadership and business insight, and deliver on strategic initiatives to our Apps advertisers. With proven understanding of digital marketing and media, this individual will establish and strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser growth & satisfaction. Success in this position requires passion for Apps, strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Seoul office.

Required Skills:

Client Partner, Apps, Korea Responsibilities:

  1. Set the marketing strategy, build relationships and deliver value to our Apps clients and their agencies across Korea

  2. Drive strategic marketing conversations with Apps clients to define objectives and provide recommendations

  3. Partner with relevant industry bodies, driving advocacy and industry wide growth

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (i.e. facilitating plans & recommendations from product, marketing and measurement science teams)

  5. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

  6. Have the sales skills to deliver revenue growth and achieve targets set

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of Marketing, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

  2. Extensive experience in managing performance marketing and app driven organizations such as gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment

  3. Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships

  4. Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

  5. Proven sales success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization

  7. Native proficiency of Korean & fluent English language skills
