Overview
Associate Product Specialist (Location: Seoul )
THE POSITION
AssociateProduct Specialist will be tasked to achieve / exceed the sales and profit targets within a designated territory.
Reporting to theSr.Regional Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for developing long term positive customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence inCordis, promotingCordisto be a preferred supplier.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include :
Regional Sales Turnover: Achieve / exceed sales targets for a designated territory, contributing to Cordis total sales within the region.
Key Account Management: Increase unit growth, profitability and market share within existing and potential customers, through contribution to and active participation in the regional account team and execution of key account business plans.
Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through development and maintenance of customer relationships, support and service.
Customer In-service Education and Training: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered health care services to patients through in-service education and training on products
Teamwork: Support the regional sales team members through a cooperative and constructive approach to sales meetings, internal company relationships, account development and the resolution of day to day business issues.
Market Information Management: Manage territory / Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records
Self- Development: Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills, to provide improved service to customers that differentiate from competitors
Administration: Manage samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines. Maintain and care for company equipment including vehicle, PC, mobile telephone. Compliance to company policy in management of consignment and expired stock.
Corporate Ethics & Standards: Conducts sales and business activities based on Cordis values and Healthcare
Compliance Policy. Relationships with customers are based on high ethical standards and company confidential information managed according to company policy. Contributes to the achievement of company health and safety goals through defensive driving, compliance with health and safety policies and consideration for the safety of both self and others.

Qualifications
KEY EXPERIENCES/ REQUIREMENTS
0-3Years of work Medical Device Industry in the healthcare sector, preferably in the medical device segment. (Entry Level possible)
Desirable: Prior experience in interventional cardiology, radiology or endovascular therapeutic areas Prior medical device sales experience
Relevant sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
Education and Professional Training of a degree preferably in business studies.
Required: Health or related tertiary qualifications
