Who You Are

The Account Manager is someone with knowledge of managing complex projects for medium to large clients and the ability to handle the complexity of commercial negotiations with international entities. A solid foundation of values (fairness and clarity), entrepreneurial skills in performing their duties, and the ability to build relationships with senior figures and decision-makers among clients are required. The candidate should also maintain good relationships with colleagues and various corporate entities involved in different phases of client interactions.

A core part of your responsibilities will involve:

  • Represent the company and act as a point of reference for the client and various internal entities involved in different phases from pre-sales to delivery and support.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (including C-Level) and build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty to the company.

  • Manage commercial negotiations and the end-to-end sales process.

  • Mediate client requests and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports and documentation on client status.

  • Identify both explicit and latent needs of industry stakeholders, directing these needs toward the most appropriate project and technological solutions.

  • Contribute to designing innovative solutions to best meet client needs.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new potential clients.

  • Ensure the achievement of the company's assigned sales targets (Signing, Revenue, and GP).

  • Manage business opportunities, overseeing the entire sales cycle and interaction with pre-sales/post-sales structures and technical areas.

  • Draft offers and contracts according to company standards, with attention to administrative and regulatory aspects and constant supervision of active orders.

  • Manage the flow of information on ongoing negotiations transparently and clearly with your manager and the management, using and continuously updating the company’s information tools.

  • Propose evolutions of the company's offering to improve services and develop innovative solutions to better serve clients.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or scientific subjects

  • Experience in IT service sales; candidates with previous experience in consulting will be given more consideration

  • Understanding of core processes of companies operating in the Banking and Services sector, both nationally and internationally

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2, recommended C1)

  • Authority in the role and ability to work in a team

  • Goal orientation

  • Willingness to travel
