MCG Health, LLC. Technical Services Analyst in SEATTLE, Washington
Worksite: 701 5th Ave, Suite 4900 Seattle, WA 98104. Job Description: Analyze engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Responsible for owning the service delivery of resolving incidents and problems for the line of MCG products. Explain technical details to a variety of individuals filling technical, business, and clinical roles. Handle a variety of client issues that are technical in nature. The Technical Services Analyst will be the backbone for Service Desk function and provide knowledge base updates to Service Desk and thus increase efficiency of the service. Work to identify recurring incidents and product issues, determines the root cause of the issue, and documents the analysis. Interface with Product Management as part of the escalation process to help facilitate issue resolution. Telecommuting permitted.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:
- Client facing technical support experience with a web application
- Windows server administration
- Microsoft SQL, database server administration, or database design
- Writing T-SQL, database queries or stored procedures
- Web application technologies including n-tier architecture
- IIS server management, SQL server management, or Networking and Performance management
- Writing effective root cause analysis documents reported issues
Front-end .net and backend SQL Server technologies
