Wunderman Thompson LLC Senior Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Senior Project Manager, Wunderman Thompson LLC, Seattle, WA. Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects. Identify dependencies and the cascading impacts of delays. Identify resource needs and availability across the office and network, working closely with department leads and recruiting. Assist in establishing and managing cross-functional teams across different locations that are collaborative, efficient, and high-functioning. Increase efficiency across a group of accounts through effective management of staff resourcing. Oversee staff aggregate bandwidth, utilization, and realization rates, as well as retention and employee relations. Establish and manage project communication and process. Leverage existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress. Collaborate with project needs to ensure the right resources are in place to deliver the work. Responsible for project estimation, planning, and profitability. Build detailed project plans. Collaborate with delivery leads for resourcing and scoping strategy across portfolio.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $137,654/yr. Standard company benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Communications, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept five (5) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Using at least three (3) of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence,Microsoft Project, Slack, Monday.com, and/or Microsoft Teams; • Project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban; • Project Management from scoping through delivery to navigate and prioritize business needs, resource management, schedules, and financials to successfully deliver all aspects of the assignment; • Creating digital assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, social media posts,animations, websites, podcasts, and/or video production; • Using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or Acrobat) and WordPress; and • Preparing Statements of Work (SOW) for clients.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week.
