The WW SMB Financing organization is seeking an innovative, strategic leader to drive our global Product and Customer Experience (CX) strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to revolutionize how small and medium businesses access working capital, combining deep technical expertise with customer-centric product development.
Role Overview: As Senior Manager PMT, you will lead the product vision and technical strategy for our global lending marketplace, working closely with a dedicated 50+ person tech/data/science organization. You will manage a team of 6 product leaders and partner across Amazon to build foundational capabilities that enable scalable, friction-free experiences for both sellers and lending partners.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product vision and technical architecture strategy for SMB Financing across global markets
Technical Innovation: Partner with engineering and science teams to build transformative capabilities and scale our systems and solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence where relevant
Customer Experience: Design and deliver seamless seller journeys across discovery, application, and servicing touchpoints
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of experienced product leaders while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Accounting, SPS Payments, and SPX teams to deeply integrate lending services into the seller experience
Business Impact: Drive key inputs to achieve ambitious growth targets in a rapidly scaling business

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of team management experience
6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations , UX Designer and other Product Managers
Proven track record in stakeholder management, including influencing senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in payments, lending, or fintech space, and/or in working with customer-facing products, is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
