The opportunity Come help build a new cloud and ML platform that will power Adobe's next generation of professional video creation tools. This platform will have Machine Learning and Generative Technologies at its core, and will enable our customers to creatively and productively work with video in ways they never could before. You will join a team of engineers with extensive backgrounds in infrastructure and distributed systems, video and audio processing, and machine learning. You will be responsible for inventing and deploying components of a machine learning architecture that brings cutting-edge media understanding and special effects to a broad customer-base. Key Qualifications Passion for engineering Proficiency with Python, Typescript, or C++ Software engineering expertise Strong communication and collaboration skills Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 3 years of industry experience Required expertise in one or more of Machine learning cloud infrastructure engineering Machine learning model refinement and optimization methods Computer vision algorithm theory and engineering What you'll do Develop efficient, reliable, and testable services in C++ and TypeScript Maintain code to address functional changes, language/library/service updates, and bug fixes Regularly review and tune test code to achieve a high standard of software quality, code coverage, and performance metrics Work in a small, collaborative, highly productive, and high output team environment Participate in inventing technology that has a huge impact across Adobe, writing patents, and being active in our internal community of software development professionals Participate in Adobe's Machine Learning technology initiatives. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $182,900 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
