As part of a hardworking team of diverse finance professionals, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and performance management activities for Blue Origin's Corporate Finance team. In this role you will deploy financial tools and processes that enable finance to partner with the business to make decisions that matter. Our team acts as a force multiplier to enable excellent financial management at scale to meet the mission to lower the cost to access space. As a self-starter and effective communicator, you will represent the Corporate finance organization for Business Unit finance teams, cross-functional communities, and executive leadership. Job Responsibilities: Develop performance-enhancing metrics Assist with monthly and quarterly financial processes Support annual and long-term financial planning Analyze and report financial results Collaborate with leadership for business improvements Manage cost accounting frameworks Prepare and present financial review content Optimize Finance team tools and processes Consolidate and report financial risks and opportunities Provide project and process management support Skills and Abilities: Proficient in ERP tools, databases, and accounting software Advanced financial modeling Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing Effective project management and prioritization Excellent analytical, strategic, and critical thinking High integrity and judgment Foster trust and inclusive relationships Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM 5+ years of financial analysis experience Experience with data mining and SQL Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs Strong written communication and presentation skills Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in relevant field CPA or equivalent Proficient in Python, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau Prep Advanced skills in statistics, Monte Carlo simulation, and machine learning Proficient in Tableau or Microsoft BI Experience in overhead rate modeling and analysis Familiar with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $100,997.00-$141,395.10 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
