Responsibilities Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator at HonorHealth will support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to advance the organization's objectives for strategic growth, brand development, and customer experience for internal and external audiences. This role involves assisting with stakeholder and vendor relationships, supporting strategy development, aiding in content creation, and helping manage projects in designated areas. The Coordinator will utilize channels such as advertising, CRM, digital marketing, email, events, PR, SEM, social media, web, and other emerging technologies under guidance. Project Support and Execution: Assists in initiating, planning, and executing projects and tasks, adhering to defined project management methodologies. Supports the preparation of project schedules and contribute to ensuring adherence to timelines while assisting in communicating progress to stakeholders. Support for Stakeholder/Vendor Relationship Management: Acts as a supportive liaison for designated internal clients and/or vendors. Helps build and maintain strong relationships through regular interaction, exploration, and delivery of excellent customer service, under the guidance of senior staff. Content Support and Development: Assists in developing and managing content across communication mediums for assigned areas. Support the generation of content that engages audience segments under the direction of more senior staff, ensuring adherence to HonorHealth's brand voice and style. Platform Management Support: Helps manage assigned platforms within the marketing technology stack under supervision. Contributes to strategies that optimize tools supporting growth, brand development, and customer experience objectives, and assist in troubleshooting issues. Administrative support: Provides essential administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records, reconciling budgets and handling correspondence to ensure efficient operations within the marketing department. Qualifications Education Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience Marketing, communications, journalism, branding, or related field Required Experience 2 years 2 years of experience in marketing Required
