We are looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join the ONE team at our headquarters in Scottsdale. Our ideal candidate is an overachiever who has the experience and skillset to promote businesses, services, products, or brands. Marketing campaigns and strategies will involve customer touchpoints across all channels including email, direct mail, SMS, push notifications, paid media, e-commerce, and in-app.
Responsibilities(including but not limited to):
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for new and existing products and programs.
- Create campaign assets including templates, content, segmentation, and database management.
- Drive multi-channel traffic and sales while maintaining the connection between customers and ONE\'s programs, products, and services.
- Support key marketing operation initiatives, such as lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and data integrity.
- Align initiatives with ONE\'s strategic marketing growth areas to acquire new customers, increase customer engagement, deliver on brand promise, and drive sales.
- Develop and ensure multi-channel integrated campaigns and attribute revenue to assigned campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Plan, execute and optimize integrated digital campaigns and initiatives through marketing automation software.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, techniques, and processes.
- Partner with the analytics and insight teams to design, forecast, test, implement, report, measure, and evolve lifecycle marketing programs.
- Create, implement, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
