Position Summary
Primary responsibilities for this position include job scheduling using IBM Workload scheduler and providing support for a collection of applications.
Core functions:
IBM Workload Scheduling for Mainframe and Distributed Systems
Build permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, and events.
Mainframe adhoc scheduling support
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support.
Support for SAP Transports, code migration, View/Deliver, and XPORTER.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)
2+ years IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS and Distributed scheduling experience OR similar
1 year experience with one or more OS: UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, Windows Server
1 year experience with one or more Protocols: Telnet, SFTP, TCP/IP
1+ years with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance support
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, CLIST, IBM Utilities
Familiarity with SAP application scheduling
Familiarity with SAP Transports via SAP Solution Manager (Solman)
Working knowledge: Vi and Unix Shell scripting
ServiceNow: change management, work request, and incident
Familiarity with Tools/Apps
Content/Output management programs (e.g. SAR (View/Deliver), XPORTER, CMOD (OnDemand))
BC in the Cloud
AuditBoard
Dimensions, Changeman (for code migration)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
