Qualifications you'll bring:

• B.A. or B.S in finance, economics, business, or accounting is required
• 3+ years of related experience in analysis, financial modeling, budgeting and/or finance. 6+ years of related experience is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills
• Skilled at using PowerPoint and MS Word to communicate information
• Strong knowledge of GAAP Financial principles
• Ability to effectively prioritize business problems based on urgency and relevance
• Ability to influence decisions and the humility to play as a team and build partnerships
• Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
• Humility to play as a team

Your key responsibilities:

• Work with the business area(s) you support to understand needs, goals, strategies, and challenges
• Assist business in prioritizing opportunities and planning for headcount and expenditures
• Support business in ROI analysis while constructively reviewing and refining business partner assumptions
• Support annual processes to determine and validate cost drivers for each cost center
• Aggregate monthly statistical drivers to enable all administrative cost allocations
• Maintain updated driver rules in Workday and ensure that all allocations are run accurately and timely
• Proactively provide perspective/analysis and make recommendations grounded in facts and data
• Effectively communicate financial performance and the story behind the numbers in terms business partners understand
• Continuously seek to improve processes and efficiency
• Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
