Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team! In this role, you will ensure financial integrity through analysis, budgeting, and reporting, providing actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decisions. This position requires strong financial and operational analysis skills, excellent data visualization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions, including process discovery, business case creation, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, offering support, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and addressing business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate financial report packages to business leaders, and analyze financial reports to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality budgets and accurate financial predictions.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing explanations and recommendations to address budget variances and support business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements in financial systems and reporting.
  • Support the enhancement of internal financial systems (ERP, EPM, and BI tools) to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing the annual bonus program, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
  • Create clear, well-defined presentations of financial analysis for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences.

Travel:

  • Possible domestic and international travel 1-2 times a year.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and managing financial or operational data.
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and analyzing data in ERP and EPM systems (such as SAP, OneStream).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Incorta is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Superior modeling and analytical skills, with a consultative mindset and attention to detail.

Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Windows-based environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and improve financial processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry dynamics and trends is a plus.
