Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist role based in Sarasota, Florida. You will be joining a team that values detail-oriented and highly organized individuals. The role primarily focuses on the processing of high volume, multi-location Accounts Payable and reviewing, approving, and paying employee expense reports. Proficiency with Office software is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Handle high-volume, multi-location Accounts Payable processing tasks.
• Review, approve, and pay employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize Office software, specifically Word and Excel, for various tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and take the necessary action when required.
• Provide administrative support as needed within the role. Requirements • Applicant must have 1+ years of experience in a similar role as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports is essential for this role.
• The candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft Word.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a key requirement for this position.
• The candidate must have a solid understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
