We’re looking for a passionate and talented person who will join our team that is running a Squad transformation across Latin America for a Modern Marketing. We’re the right piece to connect strategic areas across region and you can be part of it!
The role will be reporting into the Product Marketing team for for Tech Pillar (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - IaaS and PaaS).
Responsibilities
Be product proficient. Define messaging, target audience, main offers, BOM, product roadmap and announcements/releases. Be a knowledge ambassador for technical product content.
Alignment with Corporation Team to understand Oracle’s strategy and GTM. Define with local stakeholders the regional deployment strategy for each market.
Lead communication with internal stakeholders and keep them updated with planned activities and results.
Propose new methodologies and perspectives to have a new approach to current processes and areas interactions.

Responsibilities
Activities
Campaign Strategy:
Be able to connect product messages with business outcomes, generating strategic messages that summarize Unique Selling Propositions (USP) to be used as a storytelling guide to all marketing executions.
Evaluate and define from budget to KPIs, addressing important pain points in the territories
Define Audience and Segmentation to guarantee appropriate reach and acquisition through different channels
Propose agenda, content and activations that connect to the integrated campaigns. Support event content shelf by curating videos, demos, and customer references with content team. New assets/content suggestion and formats. Including top Customer References to create or use.
Ability to follow up on projects from start to end to assure the outcome desired and leverage on the available resources to achieve main KPIs.
Frameworks and Benchmarks:
Product Benchmark with competitors and partners. Considering best practices of go to market strategies.
Program Governance: Define and enforce standards, frameworks and processes to ensure consistent and efficient program execution.
Stakeholder communications:
Participate on Corporation and Sales discussions, map new business needs
Own the relationship with sales, present and approve the campaign and results quarterly.
Identify and foster Customer References in the territory that can be valued to leverage OCI in the region.
Generate relationships to influence other teams and areas decision process in the Campaign development framework. In addition to maintain good communication and relationship with the Business Partners.
Spoken and written abilities developed to be able to transfer knowledge from business areas to the rest of RGO organization, sales teams, and support staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Software/Technology marketing;
Fluent English is required; Advanced Spanish is needed;
Knowledge of the public cloud market, specific knowledge of competing public cloud offers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), and Oracle’s Cloud offerings and positions awareness and experience is a must;
Campaigns, Field, or channel marketing background is helpful;
Experience in strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across teams;
Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of modern marketing activities, especially execution experience of digital campaigns;
Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential;
Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated;
Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes;
Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required;
A keen attention to detail is highly preferred;
Strong organizational, project management and communication skills are required;
Expertise in modern marketing best practices;
