Job Title: Polisher I
Job Description
Seeking skilled Polishers for a large sink faucet manufacturing facility. The role involves using various tools and equipment to grind, sand, and polish objects ensuring smooth surfaces and high-quality standards. The position includes inspecting items for flaws, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Shifts available: 1st Shift (5am – 1:30am) and 2nd Shift (2pm – 10:30pm) with overtime opportunities.
Hard Skills
Experience with power tools
Grinding and polishing experience
Ability to work with large polishers, small buffing machines, and sandblasting machines
Soft Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow strict safety guidelines
Proactive in reporting defects and non-conformant materials
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Santa Ana, California.
Work Environment
Production environment requiring standing, use of dust masks and adherence to safety gear protocols. The position involves moderate heat levels and the use of protective gear for hearing, feet, and eyes. Overtime available.
