Vice President, Solutions Engineering

DUTIES:
Define vision for sales Trial and Proof-of-Concept processes and oversees execution.
Manage and coach teams of SE Managers, Sr. Managers, and Directors across business Offerings.
Track trends in weekly updates and proactively flag risks for executive team.
Establish and develop new processes and KPIs for presales teams.
Monitor metrics on team performance and business performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to build account plans and design, create and present business solutions to improve customer revenue growth.
Oversee sales engineering team headcount, projected growth, recruitment profiles and recruitment strategy, in alignment with Sales leadership on resource needs/changes.
Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership on sales opportunities, product feedback, cross functional processes, and overall organizational strategy to drive continued growth across departments.
Support Sales Teams with client meetings and presentations on major sales opportunities.
Maintain team activities across all business Offerings, within the Salesforce.com CRM system, including prospect pipeline, upcoming presentations, commits, and sales deals.
Support Sales and Marketing in production of high-quality sales proposals and support assets, speak at global events showcasing product solutions.
Mentor solutions engineers on all aspects of their day-to-day customer-facing responsibilities including presentations, product demonstrations and solution design.
Maintain internal knowledge base to enable team members to access key information regarding OneTrust use cases, solution designs, best practices, RFP technical submissions, proofs-of-concepts, and technical assets.
Understand and document customer needs, to position OneTrust's platform as the premier solution for their challenges.
Participate in regional industry events / organizations and represent the company as a thought leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (any), Management, or related field of study plus 10 years of experience in sales engineering or solutions engineering, or a related occupation. Employer also accepts a Masters degree and 8 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.
