  • Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with SAP , Raiser’s Edge, and SAP Concur.

  • Event Planning:Experience in planning and coordinating events.

Job Description

TheDivision of University Advancement (https://www.ua.txst.edu/) is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with alumni, donors, and the university community. This division includes Development, Alumni Engagement, and Donor Engagement. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant III to provide senior-level administrative support to the Associate Vice President of Donor Engagement.

Job Duties

  • Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Associate Vice President and Donor Engagement staff.

  • Database Management:Assist with tribute report generation and manage donor-related databases.

  • Document Review:Review and ensure accuracy of acknowledgement letters.

  • Calendar Management:Maintain and update the master calendar for Donor Engagement staff.

  • Travel Coordination:Manage travel arrangements and process reimbursements for Donor Engagement staff.

  • Gift Reports:Prepare gift report for the quarterly Board of Regents meeting and the President’s office.

  • Policy Assistance:Assist in the review and implementation of policies and procedures for Donor Engagement staff.

  • Event Support:Provide support for Donor Engagement events as needed.

  • Student Worker Oversight:Manage postings for student workers on Handshake.

  • Office Coordination:Schedule water deliveries, order office supplies, and ensure the office is opened and closed on time.

  • Front Office Duties:Provide telephone support, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming environment in the Development suite.

  • Planned Giving Support:Coordinate administrative tasks related to Planned Giving.
