SES Job Coaching Program Lead (Lead Coordinator)
Classification:
Full-time, non-exempt, non-bargaining unit, hourly position.
Basic Function:
Supervise and support a team of Coordinators and Job Coaches. Communicate with Case Managers and families regarding support plans. Provide coordination and supervision of the training and support to individuals with disabilities at work settings or internship sites, including but not limited to External Situational Assessments and Personal Vocational Social Adjustments. Assist consumers with vocational evaluation and planning. Assist with task analysis for new work sites, development of assistive tools, and outreach. Review reports monthly.
Experience:
A minimum of five years experience providing services to individuals with disabilities and a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a nonprofit or similar setting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human services (exceptions can be made by Executive Director)
Schedule:
Availability Required: Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-6:30PM
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour

The Public Service Loan Forgiveness program is a federal program that forgives student loan debt for nonprofit employees after 120 qualifying payments. Employees who work at least 30 hours per week for a governmental, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, or other qualifying nonprofit organization may apply to have the balance of their student loans forgiven (tax free) after making 120 monthly payments.
