As a Business Manager within JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will have the opportunity to utilize your talents and leadership capabilities in an inclusive community of Wealth Advisors. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute small-to-large scale projects / initiatives

  • Conduct analysis including the collection of data from various sources, synthesizing the information, performing analysis, and interpreting results.

  • Develop a detailed understanding of current-state processes and procedures, identify weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Present findings and recommendations that identify issues, explains causes, details impact, and builds a case and consensus for change.

  • Establish and lead working groups, requiring effective partnership with the following groups: Investments; Legal; Compliance; Technology; Operations; Product & Platform; Risk Management; Marketing; Finance; and Human Resources

  • Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations: Assist in the design and implementation of solutions.

  • Create detailed project plans, documenting scope and detailing issues & problems.

  • Function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact.

  • Provide documentation for policies and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business management and/or project management in financial services

  • Ability to deliver in a high demand, multi-tasking environment, ability to work effectively will all levels of management

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills / relationship management, strong analytical and data analysis skills

  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint slide creation, Word, Visio and intermediate excel modeling required

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to influence / persuade, strategic business mindset

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Creative thinking

  • Energy/enthusiasm and an eagerness to get involved in all tasks

Base Pay/Salary

San Francisco, CA $140,000.00 - $225,000.00 / year
