Client Relationship Associate
San Francisco
Hybrid – In Office (Tues - Thurs)
$110-$135K plus Bonuses and Competitive Profit-sharing
Company Overview: A leading global investment management firm with $300B+ in assets under management is seeking an experienced Client Relations Specialist to service its London-based client services team. The firm serves both individual and institutional clients with a singular focus on investment excellence.
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and accurately to investor inquiries.
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the firm's business objectives.
Building and nurturing client relationships.
Acting as the secondary point of contact for strategic relations.
Assisting other associates within the Client Services department.
Overseeing and maintaining data in the Company's CRM system
Requirements
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills (PowerPoint & Excel proficiency).
Comprehensive understanding of public equity and fixed income investment strategies.
At least 3 years of experience in the financial services sector (preferred).
Tableau proficiency (preferred).
In pursuit of or willingness to obtain a CFA certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
